Position

Franchise Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert franchise enquiries.
- Explain the Aqua Saver franchise business model to prospective partners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
- Build long-term relationships with franchise partners.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation team.
- Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
- Represent Aqua Saver professionally during meetings and presentations.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills.
- Ability to explain business opportunities confidently.
- Explain the Aqua Saver franchise business model to prospective partners.

Language Requirement

Candidates should be able to communicate in:

- English
- Hindi
- Marathi

- Graduate / Diploma (Any Stream)

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

Basic understanding of:

- Water Tank Automation
- Borewell
- Open Well
- Sump
- NMC Water Supply
- Water Pumps
- Motor Starter
- Float Switch
- Solenoid Valve (Basic)
- Electrical Wiring
- Single Phase & Three Phase Systems

Training will be provided by Aqua Saver.

Ideal Candidate

- ITI Electrician / Wireman / Electrical background will be preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
- Has a positive attitude.
