A Store Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring smooth inventory and material management within the hospital/institute. The role includes maintaining stock records, handling purchases and billing entries, coordinating with departments, and ensuring timely availability of medical and non-medical supplies.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor stock levels.
- Handle inward and outward material entries.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchase and delivery of materials.
- Prepare stock reports and maintain documentation.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medical and optical supplies.
- Monitor expiry dates and stock movement regularly.
- Support billing and accounting-related store activities.
- Train and supervise store assistants and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with institute policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in store management,



preferably in hospital/healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP .
- Good knowledge of store management software and computer applications.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and billing software.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in healthcare or optical inventory handling.
- Accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of software applications and store management systems.
- Good leadership and team management skills.

Salary

- Salary will be negotiable and depends on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
