Job Description

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to design and implement solutions. Configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products as needed. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met. Create process flows, workflows, and business process documentation. Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-go-live phases. Ensure data quality, reporting, and dashboard requirements are addressed.





Required Skills Robust experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects. Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Expertise in requirement gathering and stakeholder management. Experience creating user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with UAT planning and execution. Knowledge of Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
