Qualification: Diploma (Preferred) or BE Mechanical

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle RM price amendments, customer submissions & alignment
- Manage debit & credit notes working in SAP.
- Handle SO Creation, Scheduling Agreement, BOM Creation/Amendments & Customer Code Creation.
- Support SD activities including Scrap Orders, Stock Transfer & Material Master.
- Coordinate Tooling Invoices, Proforma Invoice, Invoice GRN/Inward, follow ups & recovery.
- Handle customer finance discussions, payment clarifications & recovery follow ups.
- Prepare MIS reports & maintain IATF documentation.
- Coordinate OEM customer meetings, sales follow ups, plant visits, tech shows & BD activities.

Requirements

- Tier I Supplier (Preferred) or Tier II Supplier from Auto Component Industry (Compulsory)
- To support/work with Regional Sales Mktg & BD Heads
- Valuable working knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP SD or MM Module
- Good communication (written and oral) skills – Mandatory
- Good to Excellent proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Exposure to product costing & pricing
- Should be open to travel Pan India.
