Job Title: Design QA/QC Specialist

Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon
Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented Design QA/QC Specialist to join our creative and production team for a global consumer appliances brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design accuracy, brand consistency, artwork quality checks, and production readiness across digital and print assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end quality checks on creative assets across digital, print, packaging, e-commerce, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, visual consistency, typography standards, and layout accuracy.
- Review artworks for alignment, spacing, image quality, color consistency, grammar, and formatting before final delivery.
- Validate files for production readiness, including dimensions, bleed, resolution, and export specifications.
- Collaborate closely with designers, content teams, account managers, and production stakeholders to identify and resolve quality gaps.
- Maintain QA/QC checklists, documentation, and approval workflows for creative deliverables.
- Conduct audits on creative outputs and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure localization and adaptation assets maintain consistency across multiple markets and formats.
- Support packaging and artwork validation for product communication and retail visibility.

Requirements:

- 5–8 years of experience in Design QA/QC, artwork validation,



or creative quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, typography, layout systems, and production standards.
- Hands-on experience reviewing digital creatives, print artworks, packaging, e-commerce assets, and marketing collaterals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with file formats, print specifications, pre-press checks, and production workflows.
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors quickly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with global consumer brands, home appliances, electronics, or retail brands.
- Exposure to DAM systems, workflow tools, or project management platforms.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design checks is a plus.
- Experience managing multi-market or multilingual creative adaptations preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
