We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can build scalable marketing systems—not just run campaigns.

What You’ll Own

You will be responsible for designing and executing our entire growth engine.

Marketing Automation

- Build automated email campaigns and nurture sequences
- Create cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Automate follow-ups using CRM workflows
- Design lead nurturing journeys
- Build AI-powered marketing workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Optimize and automate repetitive marketing processes

Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads for:

- Independent filmmakers
- Production houses
- Film institutes
- Actors & talent
- Content creators
- Watchers
- Industry partners

CRM & Sales Funnel

- Manage CRM pipelines
- Build lead scoring models
- Improve conversion rates across every stage
- Create dashboards and reporting
- Work closely with the sales and partnerships teams





Digital Marketing

Plan and optimize campaigns across:

- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Reddit
- YouTube

Manage:

- Budget allocation
- A/B testing
- Retargeting
- Landing page optimization
- Conversion tracking

Email & Outreach

Build scalable outbound systems for:

- Film schools
- Universities
- Production companies
- Independent filmmakers
- Talent acquisition
- Strategic partnerships

Analytics & Reporting

Track and improve:

- Lead generation
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Conversion rates
- Email performance
- ROI
- User acquisition
- Campaign performance

Present actionable insights that drive business growth.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Marketing Automation
- Experience building automated marketing and sales funnels
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools




- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Startup experience is a plus
