Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and dispatch activities, and ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
- Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Ensure timely inward and outward movement of materials and finished goods.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
- Plan and allocate daily work to warehouse staff.




- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Optimize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/warehouse management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
