- Knowledge of construction sequencing, cycle time optimization, and pour planning

B. Multi-Project Management

- Proven ability to handle multiple sites/projects simultaneously
- Strong grip on project interdependencies, escalation management, and prioritization
- Ability to build centralized control systems (dashboards, MIS, trackers)

C. Planning & Control

- Expertise in:
- Project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project)
- Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Resource planning & forecasting

- Strong control over:

D. Leadership & Team Management

- Ability to lead:
- Project Managers
- Site Engineers
- Contractors & Vendors

- Strong decision-making under pressure

Candidate Requirements (Senior Leadership Level)

Experience & Background

- 15–22+ years of experience in real estate/construction
- Minimum 5–8 years in leadership roles handling multiple projects
- Proven experience in MIVAN technology projects (mandatory)
- Exposure to high-rise residential/commercial developments

Technical Expertise (Non-Negotiable)

- Hands-on experience in:
- MIVAN shuttering cycles
- RCC framework
- High-rise execution

- Strong understanding of:

- Drawings (structural + architectural)
- Construction methodologies
- Finishing integration with MIVAN

Strategic Capability

- Ability to:
- Think beyond site portfolio-level execution
- Set systems, not just manage people

- Experience in:

- Process building
- Execution frameworks
- Scaling operations

Leadership Exposure

- Has managed:
- Multiple Project Managers or Site Heads

- Team size exposure:

- 10–200+ workforce (direct + indirect)

Commercial Acumen

- Strong experience in:
- Budget handling (large-scale projects)
- Vendor negotiations
- Cost optimization strategies

Tools & Systems

- Working knowledge of:
- Primavera / MS Project
- Excel-based MIS & dashboards

- Exposure to ERP systems is an added advantage
