About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Planning Executive to manage inventory planning, stock availability, demand forecasting, and inventory performance across our franchise stores. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and experience in inventory planning, retail operations, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor inventory to ensure optimum stock availability across franchise stores.
- Prepare MIS reports for sales, inventory, and business performance.
- Forecast demand using historical sales data and market trends.
- Track sell-through, ageing stock, and overstock, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Area Managers, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams for timely stock replenishment.




- Monitor stock cover days and inventory performance.
- Analyze purchase vs. sales data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support inventory planning for new store launches.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Inventory Planning, Inventory Control, Retail Operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).
- Valuable analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in retail or textile industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
