As a leading Microsoft CSP and cloud solutions partner, IFI works with customers across industries to implement and optimize Microsoft business applications, cloud infrastructure, security, and managed services.We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant who can work closely with business stakeholders, understand business processes, drive solution design, and support end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects.Role Overview
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering business requirements, mapping processes, configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; modules, and ensuring successful implementation for customers.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of business processes across finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, or project operations, along with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.Key Responsibilities

- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand current business processes and define future-state requirements
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping sessions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution design documents
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules based on business needs
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirement analysis, configuration, testing, user training, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional design documents (FDD), process flows, and user stories
- Work on one or more D365 F&O; functional areas such as:
- Finance
- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- General Ledger
- Fixed Assets
- Budgeting




- Procurement and Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Warehouse Management
- Production / Manufacturing
- Project Operations
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for customizations, integrations, workflows, reports, and data migration requirements
- Support data migration activities, master data setup, and validation
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and issue resolution during project execution
- Provide end-user training, prepare user manuals, and support change management activities
- Coordinate with project managers, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure timely project execution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices using Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and effort estimations when required

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of overall experience in ERP consulting or business application implementation
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX
- Robust functional knowledge in at least one or more D365 F&O; modules:
- Finance
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement
- Inventory
- Manufacturing
- Project Operations
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects and 1 support or enhancement project
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing domains
- Experience in conducting workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution mapping, and documentation
- Ability to prepare BRDs, FDDs, process flows, configuration documents, and training materials




- Good understanding of integrations with other Microsoft solutions such as:
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Office 365
- Power BI
- Azure
- Third-party ERP / CRM / HRMS systems
- Experience in working with data migration tools, reporting, workflows, and user security setup
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant Associate preferred
- Prior experience working in a Microsoft partner or consulting organization will be an advantage
- Exposure to global implementations, multi-country rollouts, and managed services engagements is preferred
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution, skilled services, or IT services will be an added advantage

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field
- MBA, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
