Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/BE (Mechanical) - 3 to 8 years of experience

Job Description: Candidate must have experience 3D modelling using Revit-MEP. He/She should be able to handle Revit projects independently. The role requires
1. Core experience of using Revit for 3D modelling for mechanical, electrical and HVAC equipment
2. Able to generate 2D extraction drawings and drafting in Revit as per client’s CAD standards
3. Able to create recent Revit families/Drawings templates as needed
4. Able to understand impact of other disciplines such as Civil, piping etc and update Revit model
5. Able to communicate with client (based in UK) and understand requirements
6. Experience on Revit point cloud will be added advantage
7. Able to manage workload for MEP team (snr level)
8. Understanding of UK water industry will be added advantage
9. For Team Leads, experience in leading small teams, excellent communication and good inter-personal are must
