The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product details, promoting offers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The candidate should possess robust knowledge of jewellery, including gold, diamond, platinum, silver, precious stones, purity standards, hallmarking, making charges, and current market trends, enabling them to confidently guide customers and build trust during the purchase process. The Sales Executive is expected to provide expert product recommendations, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the showroom.
