About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping teams at Raga on the Ganges and Yog Niketan by Sanskriti. As a Room Attendant, you are the heart of the guest experience, ensuring that our rooms and villas remain a sanctuary of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning & Sanitization: Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture.
- Bed Making: Change bed linens and towels according to resort standards.
- Bathroom Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms and replenish toiletries/amenities.
- Restocking: Ensure all guest room supplies (coffee, tea, stationery, etc.) are fully stocked.
- Guest Interaction: Respond promptly and politely to guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or other amenities.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages,



or lost-and-found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Eco-Friendly Practices: Follow our resort’s "Green" initiatives regarding linen reuse and waste management.

Requirements

- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for cleanliness and organization.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Professionalism: A polite, humble, and guest-oriented attitude.
- Punctuality: Strong time-management skills to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.
