Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Finance Head who can manage end-to-end financial operations and lead a team of 5 members with 4 to 5 years of exceprience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both Indian and US accounting and prior experience working with US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete accounting and financial operations
- Manage and supervise a team of 5 finance professionals
- Handle Indian accounting (GST, TDS, compliance, filings)
- Manage US accounting processes (AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting)
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and international clients





Requirements:

- Proven experience in accounting and finance roles
- Robust knowledge of Indian accounting standards and compliance
- Hands-on experience with US accounting practices
- Experience working with US-based clients
- Leadership experience with team handling
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of international taxation
- Experience in FMCG or export industry (Not Mandatory)
- Advanced Excel skills
