Job Summary:
Moople Institute of Animation and Design is looking for a professional and motivated Student Counsellor to assist prospective students with course-related information and admission guidance. The role involves connecting with enquiries received through various channels and helping students understand suitable learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students who have shared interest in available courses.
- Explain course details, schedules, fees, and career opportunities over phone.
- Guide students through the admission process in a professional manner.
- Follow up on pending enquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly counselling and enrollment goals.
- Maintain daily activity reports, follow-up records, and enquiry status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
- Build positive relationships with students and guardians.
- Ensure timely response to all enquiries.
Required Skills:
- Positive verbal communication skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, data entry).
- Organized and target-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in counselling, customer support, telecalling, admissions, or related roles preferred.
