Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Kenan Billing Engineer with hands-on experience in Kenan FX/BP (Arbor/Kenan) Telecom Billing systems. The candidate will be responsible for production support, billing operations, incident management, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and ensuring accurate billing processes in a telecom setting. Experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle SQL, and telecom BSS/OSS is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Kenan Billing applications.
- Monitor and support end-to-end billing cycles including rating, invoicing, payments, adjustments, and bill generation.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
- Monitor application health, batch jobs, and system performance.
- Execute service requests, change requests,



and production deployments.
- Work closely with Business, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams during issue resolution.
- Perform impact analysis for production changes and application releases.
- Validate billing data, invoices, and customer accounts using SQL queries.
- Support reconciliation activities and ensure billing accuracy.
- Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in 24×7 production support and rotational shift activities.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
