Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between students, parents, and faculty. You will guide students in setting academic goals, choosing courses, improving study habits, and navigating career pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment and revenue growth.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess students’ academic strengths, weaknesses, interests, and career aspirations.
- Help students select appropriate courses, electives, or certification programs based on their goals and academic performance.
- Provide information on higher education options, job opportunities, and career paths.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, counselling logs, and follow-up schedules.
- Organize and participate in outreach activities:



seminars, webinars, career fairs, and campus events.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast monthly/quarterly targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Min Plus Two or Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or admissions (education sector preferred).
- Freshers can apply.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment/sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for education and helping learners achieve their goals.
