Hibiki Social.AI is looking for a skilled and results-driven Social Media Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing creative and digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for different businesses and industries. You will be responsible for generating leads, improving campaign performance, and helping our clients achieve measurable business growth through paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns when required.
- Develop lead-generation and conversion-focused advertising strategies.
- Research target audiences, interests, demographics, and competitor advertising strategies.
- Set up campaign structures, audiences, budgets, and ad objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and the content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track leads and campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.




- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and recommend strategies for scaling successful campaigns.
- Handle campaigns for multiple client accounts across different industries.

Requirements

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social media advertising.
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Meta Business Manager, conversion tracking, and retargeting.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of Google Ads is preferred.
- Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and focused on achieving measurable results.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with a digital marketing agency, managing multiple brands, or running campaigns for industries such as real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, e-commerce, and professional services will be an advantage.

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and campaign management expertise and will be discussed during the interview.
