- Develop and build extremely reliable, scalable and high performing web applications for our clients.
- Understanding business requirements and ensuring that development tasks are completed within the timeline provided.
- Architecting and scaling engineering platform to reduce technical debts and improve performance and agility.
- Collaborate across the company and interact with our customers to define, design and showcase new concepts and solutions.
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code and review, test and debug team members code.
- Work in a rapid and agile development process to enable increased speed to market against a backdrop of appropriate controls.
- Implement valuable development and testing standards to ensure quality of deliverables.
Must Have
- Advanced proficiency with MVC frameworks like Spring/Struts.
- Excellent understanding of OOPS concepts and JAVA programing language.
- Programming experience in relational platforms like MySQL,Oracle. Non-relational platforms like DynamoDB/MongoDB (no-sql) would be add on.
- Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the Java/JEE space.
- Knowledge of javascript, JQuery, HTML, XML.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and deployment strategies using virtual environments.
- Sound analytical skills.Good communication skills.
- Experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum.
