Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and client outreach.
- Identify and approach corporate, commercial, institutional, and government clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and project proposals.
- Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to develop customized solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Track tenders and opportunities related to government projects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, fit-outs, construction, or turnkey projects.




- Experience with government projects or tender-based sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
