We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage food production operations, export/import business, and e-commerce platforms. This is a leadership role requiring strong execution and multitasking ability.

Key Responsibilities

Food Production & Operations

- Oversee daily food production (Dairy, Edible Oils, Millets, Health Mix, Gluten-Free Products)
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Manage workforce, production planning, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and regulatory guidelines

Export / Import Management

- Develop and manage international export/import operations
- Build and maintain strong client & buyer network globally
- Handle shipping, customs, and documentation
- Coordinate with logistics and ensure smooth delivery

E-Commerce Management

- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, eBay, Zepto




- Update titles, descriptions, SEO, pricing, and inventory
- Handle customer queries, returns, and order issues
- Monitor daily sales, reports, and performance
- Coordinate photoshoots, creatives, and campaigns

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years experience in food production / operations
- Robust background in export/import business with client network
- Experience handling e-commerce platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- 2-wheeler and laptop mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
