The Loan Disbursement Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of approved loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves verification of documentation, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process loan disbursements as per approved sanction terms and conditions
- Verify loan documents, agreements, and customer details before disbursement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and sales teams for smooth processing
- Maintain proper records and documentation for all disbursed cases
- Monitor disbursement timelines and resolve any discrepancies or delays
- Handle customer queries related to disbursement and documentation
- Ensure data accuracy in systems and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in loan processing or disbursement (preferred)
- Strong understanding of loan documentation and banking processes
- Should have advanced-level knowledge of property evaluation, legal documentation, and verification processes relevant to loan disbursement
- Valuable analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and banking/loan management systems
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in handling secured loans (home loans, LAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards
