We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Marketing Executive / Senior Executive who understands social media growth, content creation, and audience engagement.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of the camera, creating engaging content, and managing platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to drive brand visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & On-Camera Presence:

1. Create engaging social media content including reels, short videos, posts, and stories.

2. Be comfortable appearing on camera to create educational, promotional, or brand content.

3. Plan and record short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

4. Collaborate with designers and editors to produce high-quality visual content.

Social Media Growth:

5. Develop and execute growth strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement.

6. Analyze content performance and identify what works best to improve growth.

7. Stay updated with latest trends, formats, and algorithm updates.

Platform Management:

8. Manage and grow social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

9. Upload and optimize YouTube videos, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.

10. Schedule and publish posts based on content calendars.

Strategy & Performance Tracking:

11. Track key metrics such as engagement rate, reach, views,



and follower growth.

12. Generate monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.

13. Conduct competitor and trend research to improve content strategy.

Required Skills

● 1–3 years of experience (Executive level)

● 3–5 years of experience (Senior Executive level)

● Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook growth strategies

● Confidence in speaking in front of the camera

● Good knowledge of content planning and storytelling

● Basic understanding of video shooting and editing concepts

● Robust communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

● Experience in short-form video content creation

● Knowledge of YouTube SEO and channel growth

● Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools

● Experience working with educational brands or digital marketing agencies
