Role Objective

To build and maintain a high-performance work culture by managing recruitment, employee performance, training, HR operations, and governance systems while ensuring every employee understands expectations, receives timely feedback, and continuously improves.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

- Publish job advertisements
- Screen resumes
- Schedule interviews
- Coordinate interview process
- Verify references
- Coordinate joining formalities
- Conduct employee induction

Performance Management

- Maintain the Circuit Performance System
- Conduct weekly employee performance reviews
- Track employee commitments
- Follow up on pending actions
- Prepare monthly Traffic Light Dashboard
- Escalate performance concerns to management
- Coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)

Employee Development

- Maintain employee training matrix
- Coordinate internal and external training
- Track probation reviews
- Maintain employee competency records
- Recommend development plans

HR Operations

- Attendance monitoring
- Leave administration
- Employee records
- HR documentation
- Confirmation process
- Exit interviews
- HRMS updates

Governance & Compliance

- Ensure HR policies are followed
- Monitor employee discipline
- Track statutory HR records
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Ensure compliance with internal processes

Management Reporting





Prepare weekly and monthly reports including:

- Recruitment Status
- Green Score Dashboard
- Attendance Summary
- Training Status
- Employee Performance Summary
- Key Risks
- Pending Actions

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong follow-up ability
- High ownership and accountability
- Good documentation skills
- Solid analytical thinking
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations professionally
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with HRMS software preferred
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualification

- MBA (HR / Operations)
- OR
- BBA / B.Com with HR experienceExperience2–5 years in any of the following:
- HR Operations
- HR Generalist
- Performance Management
- Recruitment
- HR Business Partner
- Operations Coordination

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The successful candidate will be measured on:

- Positions filled within target timelines
- Quality of hiring
- Probation completion success
- Weekly Green Score reviews completed
- Training calendar execution
- Attendance & HR records maintained
- Employee performance documentation
- Timely submission of management dashboards
- Improvement in employee Green Score trends

Working Hours

- Part-Time (20–25 hours per week)
- Flexible Work From Home
- Must be available during business hours for coordination
- Weekly review meeting with management

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Part-Time)
