Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of recent hires.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards during the entire recruitment cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers made, and other relevant data.
- Handling PMS, Payroll, Grievances

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
