Role/Skill : IBM Sterling OMS (Order Management System) Solution Architect

- DDP application foot-print knowledge (MSD , OMS ).
- Business and functional knowledge is a plus.
- We are looking for a IBM Sterling OMS (Order Management System) Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-grade order management solutions using IBM Sterling OMS.
- This role ensures seamless order orchestration, inventory visibility, and omnichannel fulfillment capabilities aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end IBM Sterling OMS solutions including order capture, promising, fulfillment, and returns
- Define system architecture, integration patterns, and deployment strategies
- Ensure solutions are scalable, high-performing, and resilient
- Provide guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to coding and design standards
- Define architecture patterns, integration strategies, and root models
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution reviews
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, developers, and project managers
- Architect integrations between IBM Sterling OMS and:
- eCommerce platforms
- ERP systems
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Logistics and third-party services
- Define integration patterns using APIs, REST/SOAP services, messaging queues,



and middleware

Required Skills:

- Must have experience as a Solution Architect in IBM Sterling OMS and Proven experience implementing IMS Sterling OMS.
- Must have strong experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS)
- , Sterling Business Process Modeling and configuration and Sterling APIs, user exits, and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Robust Expertise in Supply Chain Management Domain experience and order management
- Expertise in system integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and root architecture.
- Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and modern architectural styles (microservices, event-driven).
- Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft.
- Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into holistic solution designs.
- Develop architecture blueprints, system integrations, and root flows ensuring interoperability across front and mid-office systems.
- Develop functional specifications for any integrations effecting front , mid and Back office systems.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS including solution architecture roles

Pay: ₹8,985.55 - ₹24,000.00 per month
