We are seeking a combined Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of construction projects—from bidding to completion—by preparing accurate cost estimates, securing materials, and managing site execution, timelines, and budgets. They ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project profitability.

We are located in Ernakulam and have site all around kerala .

Key Responsibilities

Estimating & Bidding: Analyze blueprints, site conditions, and specifications to calculate comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

Project Planning: Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Execution & Management: Direct on-site construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, and superintendents.

Procurement: Manage purchasing, negotiate with vendors, and ensure material availability.

Quality & Safety Control: Ensure all work meets structural specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Documentation: Maintain project documentation,



including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and closeout reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is often preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and project management tools.

Analytical Ability: Strong mathematical and analytical skills for assessing risks and costs.

Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

A detail-oriented professional with experience in both pre-construction planning and field execution, capable of identifying potential cost savings while ensuring timely delivery.

Experience: 4 years plus

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
