We are seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Accountant to join our dynamic Accounts team in Kochi, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, extensive ERP experience, and the ability to ensure compliance with finance laws and best practices. The role demands precision, analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a well-structured Chart of Accounts.
- Facilitate timely monthly closures by managing key factors such as tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
- Record daily transactions accurately in the ERP system.
- Monitor and review accounting and system reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and issue financial reports, including VAT, Corporate Tax, and Balance Sheets.
- Manage period closings and ensure smooth transition to the next accounting cycle.
- Assist in annual external audits, liaising with auditors and providing all necessary documentation.
- Formulate general ledger and financial closing reports with detailed insights into transactions.
- Ensure compliance with national finance laws and organizational protocols.
- Regularly prepare and disclose financial reports to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the FM & CFO.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts or Finance.
- Strong accounting and financial management background.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems for Accounts and Finance.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

- Exceptional attention to detail and solid analytical skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
