Que Developers LLP is a leading real estate development company committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/database.
- Schedule customer meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, booking forms, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with the legal, accounts, and project teams to ensure smooth processing of bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, exhibitions,



and promotional events.
- Ensure timely documentation and record maintenance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer relationship skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
