Job Position :- Content Writer (Malayalam & English)

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Writing original and compelling content in Malayalam for a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), ad copies, email newsletters, brochures, and video scripts.
- Research: Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics and current trends to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and provides unique value to the target audience.
- Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing and editing content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, consistency in brand voice, and freedom from errors or plagiarism.
- SEO Optimization: Optimizing content for search engines using keywords and following best practices to improve organic traffic and visibility.
- Cultural Adaptation/Translation: Translating and adapting content from English or other languages into culturally relevant and relatable Malayalam, ensuring the original tone and intent are maintained for a local audience.
- Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, design, and video production teams to align content with overall brand goals and design elements.
- Content Management: Using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress to prepare and publish content drafts.
- Trend Monitoring: Staying updated on the latest Malayalam digital content trends, social media culture,



and industry best practices to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
- Deadline Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring all content is delivered on time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and verbal Malayalam, including strong grammar, punctuation, and idiomatic expressions.
- Writing Skills: Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, or scriptwriting, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Creativity: The ability to think creatively and generate engaging, "scroll-stopping" content ideas.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to research topics thoroughly and distill complex information into easily understandable content.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, Malayalam typing skills, and a working knowledge of social media platforms and potentially CMS platforms.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
