Job Summary

Experience Requirements L2 Windows Server Administrator 3–5 years of Windows Server administration experience. Hands-on experience supporting Windows Server and basic RDS environments. Experience in patching, server operations, incident management, and infrastructure support. Basic exposure to PowerShell, VMware, AWS/Azure, and security compliance activities. L3 Windows Server Administrator / RDS SME 7+ years of advanced Windows Server administration experience. SME-level knowledge of Microsoft Remote Desktop Services. Expertise in RDS architecture, deployment, upgrades, migrations, and high availability. Experience leading complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and infrastructure projects. Strong PowerShell automation experience. Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor L1/L2 engineers, and support enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure and RDS environments.
