- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
- Monitor performance and prepare regular reporting with actionable insights.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining ROAS and CPA targets.
- Work with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze data, conduct A/B tests, and continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve performance.
- Experience testing and optimizing ad creatives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
