Job Title: Procurement Executive – Commercial Interior Projects

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Mandatory Requirement

Candidates must have experience in the Commercial Interior Fit-Out / Turnkey Projects / Construction Industry.

Applications from manufacturing, retail, FMCG, pharma, automobile, IT, or other non-construction industries will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities

- Procure materials for commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Source and develop vendors for interior and construction materials.
- Obtain, compare, and evaluate quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Stores for material requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery at project sites.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Verify purchase invoices and ensure compliance with approved purchase orders.
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability for project execution.





Required Knowledge

Candidates should have knowledge of procurement and suppliers for materials such as:

- Plywood, MDF, Laminates, Veneers
- Hardware and Fittings
- Gypsum Boards and Ceiling Materials
- Glass, Aluminium, ACP
- Paints, Adhesives, Sealants
- Electrical and Plumbing Materials
- Flooring Materials (Tiles, Vinyl, Carpet, Wooden Flooring)
- Modular Furniture and Interior Finishing Materials

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with procurement experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey Interior, Civil Construction, or Design & Build Projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
