We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Incharge to lead our Purchase Department. The candidate will be responsible for supplier management, purchase planning, inventory control, price negotiation, cost reduction and leading the purchase team to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the Purchase team.
- Plan and manage daily purchasing activities.
- Source and develop reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate competitive prices and payment terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages.
- Review MOQ, ROQ and reorder levels.
- Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Accounts and Operations.
- Monitor pending purchase orders and supplier follow-ups.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations.
- Review stock registers and stock audit reports.
- Handle bulk purchase planning and logistics coordination.
- Review PNC and inward return reports.




- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly purchase reports.
- Ensure timely availability of materials.
- Support management in strategic purchasing decisions.
