Position: HR Generalist

Qualification : MBA

Experience : · 5- 6 years of experience in Plant HR domain

Location : Kochi

Salary : 5.5 Lacs to 6.5 Lacs

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate structured onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Manage statutory compliance audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Support headcount (HC) forecasting, workforce planning, and annual HC budgeting in line with business requirements.
- Plan and execute employee welfare, engagement, and motivational initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle employee grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring fair resolution and positive employee relations.
- Coordinate and conduct induction and orientation programs to ensure the smooth integration of recent employees into the organization.

Any other responsibilities that the Management may entrust from time to time

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
