We are Hiring: CNC Operator (Very urgent requirement)

Locations: Aslali -Cadila Warehouse, 15kms from Ahmedabad

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set up and operate CNC Turning machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Load raw materials and tools into the machine and perform machine setup.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Measure finished components using Vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform tool offset corrections and make minor program adjustments as required.
- Replace worn or damaged cutting tools and maintain tooling records.
- Conduct first-piece, in-process,



and final inspections as per quality standards.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection and downtime.
- Maintain daily production reports and machine operation records.
- Follow preventive maintenance practices and report machine abnormalities immediately.
- Maintain 5S standards and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Adhere to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Eligibility:

✔ Minimum Qualification: Diploma In Mechanical / ITI Mechanical

Autocad /Reading /Drawing/Design

✔ Minimum 0-1 Year of Relevant Experience

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
