Role Overview

- We are looking for a QA Lead to own and drive quality across our mobile (Android & iOS) and web applications. The role involves leading QA strategy, mentoring the team, and ensuring high-quality releases through a mix of manual and automation testing in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- - QA strategy, test planning, and release quality for all products.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers; review test cases and automation scripts.
- Design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
- Oversee functional,



regression, integration, and API testing.
- Track and manage defects using JIRA and ensure timely closure.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams in Agile ceremonies.
- Act as the final quality checkpoint before production releases.

Requirements

- - years of QA experience with 2+ years in a Lead/Senior role.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
- Expertise in Selenium/Appium/Cypress and API testing (Postman/Rest Assured).
- Solid understanding of Agile, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience testing B2C products and working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
