Job Summary

The Logistics Management Executive will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day logistics, inventory, procurement, and dispatch operations. The role requires extensive on-ground coordination to ensure timely movement of materials, accurate inventory management, efficient procurement, and smooth supply chain operations across warehouses, production units, and retail outlets.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Dispatch

- Coordinate the transportation and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and finished goods.
- Plan and execute timely dispatches to warehouses, cafés, factories, and other business locations.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and stores.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and stock audits.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory availability.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, and wastage.

Procurement & Purchasing

- Handle end-to-end procurement of materials as per operational requirements.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors for quotations and purchases.
- Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up until delivery.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.

Warehouse Operations

- Oversee material receiving, unloading, storage, and issuance.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of inventory.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with inventory handling procedures.

Material Handling

- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Count and inspect materials before acceptance.
- Ensure accurate documentation for inward and outward movements.
- Coordinate return or replacement of damaged or incorrect materials.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain records of dispatches,



deliveries, inventory, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and logistics reports.
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to management.

Coordination

- Work closely with Operations, Production, Finance, and Store teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, transport partners, and internal stakeholders for smooth supply chain operations.
- Support urgent procurement and emergency dispatch requirements when necessary.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Understanding of procurement and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Good negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, inventory, or warehouse management.
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, QSR, or Manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- On-time dispatch and delivery rate.
- Inventory accuracy percentage.
- Stock variance and shrinkage.
- Procurement turnaround time.
- Vendor performance and cost optimization.
- Warehouse organization and compliance.
- Reduction in stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Accuracy of documentation and reporting.

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to travel between warehouses, factories, vendors, and company locations as required.
- Ability to perform on-ground operational work, including physical stock verification, material counting, loading/unloading supervision, and inventory inspections.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours during urgent dispatches, stock audits, or operational requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
