Job Opening: Field Engineer (L1/L2 – Laptop & Desktop Service)

Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate
Full-time | Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- Perform hardware diagnosis, part replacement (HDD, RAM, keyboard, motherboard, etc.)
- Install and troubleshoot Windows OS, drivers, and basic software
- Handle system formatting, antivirus setup, and OS recovery
- Resolve LAN connectivity and basic network configuration issues
- Maintain service logs and provide accurate documentation of each job
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for parts and escalations
- Handle both preventive and corrective maintenance

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware components.




- Hands-on experience with OS installation and service related.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and travel locally to client sites.

Qualifications:

- ITI / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in IT service or laptop servicing.
- Two-wheeler with valid license (Preferred for field travel).
