Key Responsibilities

- Project Design and Planning: Develop structural blueprints, site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and transportation systems using software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Construction Oversight: Monitor construction sites, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Project Management: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources; coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders; track project progress and address risks or delays
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, permit applications, and status reports; maintain detailed project records

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, Civil 3D, MS Office, and project management tools; knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
