We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, drive patient engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare marketing and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement offline marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and external partners for marketing activities.
- Manage print advertising, outdoor advertising, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Organise health camps, exhibitions, conferences, and community outreach programmes.
- Build relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.




- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–8+ years of experience in offline/traditional marketing.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience managing events, branding activities, and vendor relationships.

Salary

Based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Preferred Candidate

- Healthcare or hospital marketing experience is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for events and marketing activities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
