Annmees Veterinary Hospital is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care for pets and animals. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist pet owners and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointments, consultations, surgeries, and follow-up schedules.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and social media messages.
- Maintain patient records and update client information accurately.
- Handle billing, invoicing, payment collection, and receipt generation.
- Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, groomers, and support staff.
- Provide basic information regarding hospital services, vaccinations, grooming, and pet care programs.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Assist in inventory coordination and administrative tasks as required.




- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, vaccinations, and treatment schedules.

Working Hours

- 6 days a week
- Rotational shifts as per hospital requirements
