Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecom and IT Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier technical and non-technical talent. This includes specialists in 5G networks, fiber optics, RF engineering, satellite communications, and cloud architecture., IT positions ,Your core mission is to build a robust talent pipeline that supports our expanding IT and telecommunications infrastructure and service offerings. - Source candidates using niche job boards, LinkedIn, and telecom networks.
- Screen applicants for technical competencies, certifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and technical leads.
- Manage offers including salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Build pipelines for high-demand roles like RF, Field, and Core Network Engineers.
- Track metrics such as time-to-hire, source quality,



and offer acceptance rates.
- Stay updated on telecom market trends, local engineering talent pools, and salaries. [

Required Skills & ExperienceRequirementDescription

Experience 6+ years in technical recruitment, with at least 1+ years explicitly in telecom.

Domain KnowledgeDeep understanding of 5G, LTE, RF, Fiber (FTTH), VoIP, and OSS/BSS.

Sourcing ToolsAdvanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms.

Soft SkillsExcellent screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Education & Certifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical background (e.g., B.Tech/B.Sc in Electronics/Telecommunications) is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
