We are hiring an experienced and proactive F&B; Captain to lead our floor service team in Goa. As an F&B; Captain, you will oversee daily table operations, mentor service staff, handle guest relations, and ensure service runs smoothly during peak shifts.

You will combine leadership skills with hospitality expertise to maintain high service standards, optimize table turnaround, and create memorable guest experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Location: Must be currently based/residing in Goa for immediate joining.
- Experience: 2–4 years of service experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel, with at least 1 year in a Senior Steward / Captain role.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality experience is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal English; fluency in Hindi or Konkani is a solid plus.
- Tech Skills: Hands-on experience operating billing software and processing electronic payments.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
