Role Overview

As a Fullstack Developer at Qvantel , you’ll work across backend and frontend layers to build reliable, scalable features used by global customers. You’ll own features end-to-end, from APIs and data models to clean, usable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications

- Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot

- Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend applications

- Build and consume RESTful APIs

- Work with databases to design schemas and optimize queries

- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and QA

- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues

- Continuously improve performance, security, and code quality

Required Skills & Experience

Backend

- Strong hands-on experience with Java (8+)





- Experience with Spring / Spring Boot and microservices

- Solid understanding of OOP , data structures, and design principles

- Experience with REST APIs and backend integration

- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Frontend

- Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript

- Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular

- Valuable understanding of HTML5, CSS3 , and responsive design

- Ability to work with API-driven UI architectures

General

- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows

- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development practices

- Ability to understand complex systems and work independently

Good to Have

- Experience with Hibernate / JPA

- Exposure to Kafka , messaging, or event-driven systems

- Experience with Docker , Kubernetes, or cloud platforms

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines

- Telecom domain exposure (nice to have, not mandatory)
