About Us

We are a fast-growing, profitable D2C e-commerce company operating multiple brands across the
UK and Europe. We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Category Manager
who can take ownership of category growth, merchandising, inventory planning, customer insights,
and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Own category performance across assortment, pricing, merchandising, and profitability.
- Forecast inventory requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with domestic and international suppliers.
- Manage customer support operations and identify recurring issues.
- Understand Shopify Payments and PayPal ecosystems (preferred).
- Collaborate with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media teams.

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, or

E-commerce Operations.

- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of inventory forecasting and demand planning.
- Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch.
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills.




- Fast learner with a strong bias for action.

AI & Productivity

- Proficient in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI tools.
- Able to leverage AI for research, automation, and faster execution.
- Output-driven mindset with strong ownership.

Preferred Background

- Entrepreneurial experience, startup exposure, or founder mindset preferred.
- Demonstrated record of building or improving something meaningful within a company or

independently.

- Engineers preferred.

Preferred Educational Background

- B.Tech / BE from NITs, BITS, IITs, or other reputed engineering institutions.

• MBA from reputed management institutions.
• Outstanding candidates from other educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
