Dispatch Executive

Location, Vasai east

Saalry, 15-20k

Must be gradutae with good knowledge of excel & dispatch/logistic

Age, upto 35k

- Dispatch Planning & Coordination: Schedule and coordinate the movement of finished goods from manufacturing or storage to clients, distributors, or engineers.
- Documentation & Compliance: Generate and verify essential shipping documents, such as tax invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with transport agencies and courier partners to arrange vehicles, negotiate freight rates, and ensure on-time availability.
- Inventory Monitoring: Maintain accurate stock records, implement First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods, and conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages.
- Shipment Tracking & Support: Track consignments in transit, handle customer inquiries regarding delivery status, and resolve logistical or damage discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily or monthly reports regarding dispatch metrics, inventory levels,



and logistics costs to management.

Key Skills Required

- System Proficiency: Strong command of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Communication: Clear and constant liaison with drivers, warehouses, and clients.
- Multitasking & Problem Solving: Ability to pivot quickly when facing route disruptions, supply chain delays, or scheduling conflicts.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in checking items, matching bills of lading, and editing for weight compliance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
