Job Description

- As a Storage Development and Frontend Design, you will be responsible for leading the development of storage solutions and designing intuitive and user-friendly frontend interfaces for storage-related applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deliver innovative storage products that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.

- - Lead the design, development, and implementation of storage solutions, including file systems, object storage, and data management platforms.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with storage systems.
- Design and prototype user interfaces (UIs) for storage applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize frontend designs and workflows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to iteratively improve UI/UX designs.




- Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Communicate design concepts, UI/UX decisions, and project status effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct UI/UX reviews, design audits, and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to design guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate with QA teams to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate frontend functionality.
- Document frontend design patterns, UI components, and style guides for consistency and reusability.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on frontend technologies, design tools, and best practices.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), and UI frameworks/libraries.
- Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).
- Solid knowledge in Linux.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Preferred Background

- Proven experience (2-3 years) in frontend development, UI/UX design, and storage solution development.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of frontend developers and designers.
- Knowledge of storage technologies, data structures, and backend systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
