We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CRM to deliver an outstanding customer experience and manage post-sales relationships.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from booking to possession.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams.
- Maintain customer records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Schedule customer meetings, site visits, and possession activities.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure a smooth and professional post-sales experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of CRM experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
