Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery, P&L;, customer success, and delivery-led growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts, driving transformation, operational excellence, margin expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.

- Lead modern engineering execution for Customer Experience (CX) and Modern Workplace across web platforms (DXP/CMS), and native/cross-platform mobile apps; drive composable and API-first architectures where appropriate.
- Embed AI-assisted engineering into day-to-day delivery: define guardrails, workflows, and quality gates for tools such as GitHub Copilot/Copilot Studio, Claude/LLM copilots, and automated code review/testing assistants.
- Operationalize agentic delivery patterns (multi-agent planning, coding, testing, documentation) to improve throughput and reduce defects while maintaining security and compliance.

Establish governance through SteerCos, weekly status reviews, RAID management, release readiness, and executive reporting to drive transparency on risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions across onshore/offshore teams.

- Drive customer-centric outcomes: define success metrics (time-to-value, adoption, performance, reliability) and connect technical delivery to business value.

Partner with sales and solutioning on pursuits, renewals, and account expansion: shape solutions, contribute to proposals/SOWs, estimate delivery plans, and identify AI-led accelerators that differentiate the offering and support growth.
Build and mentor teams across engineering leads, architects, scrum masters, QA, DevOps, and delivery managers; strengthen capability through coaching, hiring, succession planning, leadership development, retention, and upskilling in AI and cloud-native practices.

- Ensure engineering excellence: enforce standards for secure coding, accessibility, observability, CI/CD, and production operations (SRE-minded delivery).

Technology & AI Focus Areas

- Digital Experience Platforms: Ability to lead delivery across Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely, and related platform ecosystems.
- Web, front-end, and design systems: Delivery experience across React/Next.js, Angular/Vue, TypeScript, component libraries, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.
- Mobile engineering: Leadership exposure to React Native and/or native iOS/Android delivery, mobile CI/CD, app store release management, security, and performance.

- Back-end and integration: Ability to guide delivery across Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, API management (REST/GraphQL), integration patterns, caching, and messaging.
- DevOps, quality, and operations: Governance across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, SAST/DAST, observability, release readiness, and production operations.
- AI-enabled SDLC: AI pair-programming, AI test generation, automated documentation, agentic workflows for planning/coding/testing, and pragmatic governance with human-in-the-loop review, auditability, privacy, and security guardrails.

Required Qualifications

- 18+ years of experience delivering enterprise software programs with P&L; responsibilities, including 7+ years leading large, multi-team engagements (onshore/offshore) and influencing outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- Proven track record delivering cloud-native and/or mobile-first products at scale, including complex integrations and multi-release roadmaps.
- Strong program/portfolio governance experience: executive reporting, risk/issue management, dependency orchestration, and financial stewardship (budgeting, forecasting, margin awareness).
- Hands-on technical depth sufficient to guide architecture decisions, engineering standards, and delivery trade-offs; able to engage credibly with architects and senior engineers.
- Experience adopting modern delivery methods (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD) and building high-performing, accountable teams.
- Executive stakeholder leadership: ability to build trust with senior client leaders (Directors/VPs/CXOs), translate business goals into roadmaps, and drive alignment and decision-making through ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience); relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills
Experience institutionalizing AI-assisted engineering with measurable productivity, quality, cycle-time, test coverage, and developer experience outcomes, supported by responsible use guardrails.

- Exposure to agentic AI concepts and workflow orchestration; ability to evaluate tooling and design repeatable delivery playbooks.
- Background in platform ecosystems relevant to Experience (e.g., Microsoft 365/Copilot, Adobe, Sitecore, Optimizely, ServiceNow) and associated integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of security, privacy, and data protection practices in enterprise delivery; familiarity with threat modelling and secure SDLC.
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail) and working with strict compliance requirements.

What Success Looks Like

- Programs delivered with predictable outcomes: improved release cadence, reduced defect leakage, and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
- AI-assisted engineering adoption with clear governance and measurable benefits (cycle-time reduction, increased test coverage, improved developer experience).
- Stronger reusable accelerators and patterns across Core Native delivery (templates, reference architectures, CI/CD blueprints).
- Healthy teams: clear role clarity, coaching culture, improved retention, and a strong leadership pipeline.
- Demonstrated business impact for clients (time-to-value, adoption, performance, and cost-to-serve improvements).

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a engineering minded technology delivery leader who can operate comfortably with client executives, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. They bring strong delivery discipline, credible technical depth, and a clear point of view on how AI-assisted engineering can improve productivity, quality, speed, and governance. They are equally solid at scaling teams, shaping growth opportunities, managing risk, and building repeatable delivery models that create measurable client impact.
